Does TikTrake support container and air cargo tracking?

Yes. Container numbers are tracked leg by leg through transshipment ports, and air waybills (AWB) are tracked between airports in the same tracking experience.

How does parcel intake from a photo work?

A worker photographs the parcel label. TikTrake extracts the tracking number, weight, shipping mark and key details, suggests the matching customer and checks for duplicates before saving.

Does TikTrake support Arabic and RTL?

Yes. The interface ships in 25 languages with full right-to-left support for Arabic, Urdu and Persian, including maps and labels.

How much does TikTrake cost?

Current TikTrake Pro prices are ¥117 for 1 month, ¥350 for 3 months, ¥700 for 6 months, and ¥1,400 for 12 months. The annual list price is ¥2,016, so the active offer is 30.5% off. There are no per-parcel fees.

Are warehouse workers and customers charged separately?

No. Warehouse workers and customers are free; only warehouse manager seats are paid.

Is there a free trial?

No. TikTrake Pro is a paid subscription with no free trial.

TikTrake is a cloud logistics platform for warehouses in China that ship on behalf of overseas customers. It handles AI parcel intake, shipping-mark matching, container consolidation and live road and sea tracking, from a Chinese supplier's door to the customer abroad.

Cloud-warehouse operators and freight forwarders based in China, their warehouse staff, and their overseas customers — importers and traders in the Middle East, Africa, Europe, Russia, Central Asia, Southeast Asia and the Americas.

Can TikTrake print parcel labels?

Yes. After a parcel is saved, warehouse staff can print or reprint a NIIMBOT thermal label directly from TikTrake. Supported models include M2_H, B1, B18, B21, D11 and D110, with an editable template for fields such as the shipping mark, tracking number, QR code or barcode, weight and warehouse logo. A local print bridge is available when direct browser Bluetooth is not supported.

How does TikTrake receive parcels in a Chinese warehouse?

A worker photographs the parcel label. TikTrake reads the printed details, matches the parcel to the right customer and files it instantly. Parcels it cannot match with confidence go to a review queue so staff can confirm the owner manually.

What is a shipping mark and why does TikTrake need one?

A shipping mark is the identifier written on a carton so a warehouse knows who owns it. TikTrake gives every customer a unique mark and reads it from the label photo, which is how hundreds of daily boxes get sorted to the right customer without manual lists.

Which shipping carriers does TikTrake track?

Ocean carriers include Maersk, MSC, COSCO, CMA CGM, ONE, Hapag-Lloyd, Evergreen, HMM, ZIM, Yang Ming and PIL. Chinese domestic couriers include SF Express, JT Express, wdexpress, YTO, ZTO, STO, Yunda and China Post.
