What is TikTrake?
TikTrake is a cloud logistics platform for warehouses in China that ship on behalf of overseas customers. It handles AI parcel intake, shipping-mark matching, container consolidation and live road and sea tracking, from a Chinese supplier's door to the customer abroad.

How does TikTrake receive parcels in a Chinese warehouse?
A worker photographs the parcel label. TikTrake reads the printed details, matches the parcel to the right customer and files it instantly. Parcels it cannot match with confidence go to a review queue so staff can confirm the owner manually.
What is a shipping mark and why does TikTrake need one?
A shipping mark is the identifier written on a carton so a warehouse knows who owns it. TikTrake gives every customer a unique mark and reads it from the label photo, which is how hundreds of daily boxes get sorted to the right customer without manual lists.
Which shipping carriers does TikTrake track?
Ocean carriers include Maersk, MSC, COSCO, CMA CGM, ONE, Hapag-Lloyd, Evergreen, HMM, ZIM, Yang Ming and PIL. Chinese domestic couriers include SF Express, JT Express, wdexpress, YTO, ZTO, STO, Yunda and China Post.
Is container tracking on TikTrake free?
Yes. Container tracking at tiktrake.com/track-container is free and needs no account. TikTrake detects the carrier from the container number and shows the vessel, port pair, transshipment legs and current status.
How much does TikTrake cost?
One plan, $195 per year for a warehouse manager, with a 14-day free trial. Warehouse workers and customers invited to that warehouse use TikTrake for free — there is no per-parcel or per-user fee.
Does TikTrake show transshipment ports on the route?
Yes. Every ocean route is built as an ordered sequence of legs — origin port, each transshipment port, destination port. Completed, active and pending legs are drawn separately and progress is calculated per leg, not as one straight line.
How does TikTrake keep each warehouse's data separate?
Each warehouse works in its own private workspace, and access rules are enforced by the platform rather than by the interface. A manager, worker or customer can never read another warehouse's parcels, customers or containers.
Does TikTrake work on mobile?
Yes. All three roles have mobile-first dashboards with a bottom navigation bar and a service grid in the style of Chinese logistics apps, plus camera intake, voice input and instant notifications.
What languages does TikTrake support?
Arabic, English, Chinese, Russian and French, including full right-to-left layout for Arabic. Map and location labels follow the browser language automatically.
How is TikTrake different from a normal WMS or a tracking site?
A warehouse management system stops at the warehouse wall and a tracking site starts at the port. TikTrake covers the whole China-to-door chain in one record: domestic courier pickup, AI intake, shipping-mark matching, container packing, ocean legs and delivery abroad.
What can each role actually do inside TikTrake?
The warehouse manager approves accounts, prices parcels in the warehouse currency, marks payments, builds sea, air or truck shipments, prints packing lists and exports data. The worker photographs labels, checks declared inbound parcels and arriving trucks, and uses a recycle bin. The customer declares parcels, follows tracking and prints invoices.
